About Me
I am a warm and compassionate person-centred counsellor.
I have a range of skills I can draw upon to support you in exploring whatever is troubling you, help you navigate your challenges and find a way forward. I work with adults and young people over 11 years and can offer short or long term counselling.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and adhere to their professional ethical standards.
I am fully insured and have DBS disclosure.
